INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • ¼ cup ground chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • ½ banana
  • 1 scoop Bone Broth Protein Banana Creme
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice or cinnamon

     DIRECTIONS:

    1. Mix all ingredients in food processor for 1 minute
    2. Refrigerate 10-15 minutes before serving
