Chia Pudding with Bone Broth Protein S'mores

Who wouldn't want s'mores for breakfast? This power-packed treat is an excellent source of protein and healthy fats. Bone Broth Protein S'mores adds a slightly sweet graham cracker crust. You can quickly whip up this recipe and refrigerate overnight for an on the go breakfast!

Chia Pudding with Bone Broth Protein S'mores

Serves: 2-3

Time: 2.5 hours

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Bone Broth Protein S'mores
  • 1 GF graham cracker, chopped
  • Dark chocolate bar, chopped (we use at least 80%)

 DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together coconut milk, chia seeds and scoop of BBP smores.
  2. Transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
  3. To assemble, begin with a layer of chia pudding.
  4. Alternate layers of chopped graham cracker, chia pudding, and chocolate until your serving cup is full
  5. Top with coconut whipped cream, crushed graham cracker and chocolate chips (optional)
