Keto Chocolate Brownies

Brownies are an after-dinner staple for a reason. The chewy, gooey, chocolatey treats are hard to beat. With these low-carb, keto and paleo friendly brownies, you won't even notice the healthy ingredient swaps! This simple recipe uses only 6 ingredients and takes about 30 minutes to make. We used Keto Protein Chocolate, which contains 11g fat, 15g carbs, and 3g carbs -- perfect for a keto dieter. 

Keto Chocolate Brownies

Serves: 6

Time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 oz dark chocolate, 85% or darker
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 5 scoops Keto Protein Chocolate
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 3 whole eggs, room temperature

 DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, covering the bottom and sides
  3. In a saucepan, melt together butter and dark chocolate over low heat
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the butter and chocolate mixture
  5. Stir in the remaining dry ingredients until well mixed
  6. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before cutting and enjoy!
