Keto Maple Pancakes

Morning pancakes are a tradition we will never tire of. Keto dieters will love this protein and fat-packed recipe that is sure to please. We used Keto Protein Maple, so you don't even need the syrup to get delicious maple flavor! 

Keto Maple Pancakes

Serves: 4

Time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup + 1 tbsp almond flour
  • ½ cup grass-fed cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2-3 scoops Keto Protein Maple
  • 1 tbsp butter or avocado oil

 DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender
  2. In a frying pan over medium heat, add in the butter or oil
  3. Pour in 2-3 tablespoons of batter per pancake and turn over once center begins to bubble
  4. Top with butter and cinnamon
