Organic Bone Broth Protein™ Savory Herb Pizza

Throwing a weeknight pizza party? This tasty, nutritious, and protein packed pizza is sure to please. For many of us, pizza can be a gut bomb. But gluten-free friends rejoice! Not only is the texture excellent, but this savory herb pizza crust will bring some new flavor to your favorite toppings. 

Organic Bone Broth Protein™ Savory Herb Pizza

Total Time: 20-25 minutes

Serves: 12

INGREDIENTS:

Crust:
Toppings:
  • 1½ cup arugula
  • ½ cup white onion, chopped 
  • One 7-ounce package of buffalo mozzarella pearls
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • ¼–½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
  • ¼ cup pesto
  • Chiffonade fresh basil to top

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, oil, water, Simple Mills Pizza Dough Mix and Bone Broth Protein. (Amount of dry mix may vary slightly. If the dough is too dry, slowly add more oil as needed.)
  3. Divide dough into two equal portions and roll into balls. 
  4. Place each ball on an oiled pan. 
  5. With lightly oiled hands (to prevent sticking), shape dough into two 8-inch circles with raised edges.
  6. Bake crusts for 5 minutes without topping. Remove from oven.
  7. Add pesto and the rest of the toppings. Bake for an additional 10–15 minutes.
