Vanilla Keto Freezer Fudge

Serves: 8-10

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Freeze Time: 2 hours

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup raw, organic cashew butter
  • ¾ cup organic coconut flour
  • ½ cup organic coconut oil, melted
  • 4 scoops Keto Protein Vanilla
  • ½ cup 100% dark chocolate chips
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon

 DIRECTIONS:

  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together coconut oil and cashew butter
  3. Fold in coconut flour, protein powder, sea salt, and cinnamon
  4. Mix in chocolate chips and pour into the loaf pan
  5. Place the batter into the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours
  6. Slice into fudge pieces and enjoy
