Organic Bone Broth Protein Nitro Beet Frittata Recipe

Total Time: 45 minutes

Serves: 6-8

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 small box baby spinach
  • 2 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 large eggs
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 4 oz (70g) soft goat cheese
  • 1 scoop Organic Bone Broth Protein Nitro Beet or Savory Herbs

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Chop the tomatoes and set aside.
  3. In a medium-sized cast iron skillet, add the avocado oil, spinach and chopped tomatoes and set aside.
  4. In a medium-sized bowl, add the egg, almond milk, salt, pepper, Organic Bone Broth Protein Nitro Beet or Savory Herb and goat cheese, whisking until well-combined.
  5. Add the egg mixture to the skillet.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
