Pumpkin Pancakes With Bone Broth Protein™ Pumpkin Spice

Serves: 1-2

Time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

 DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk applesauce, eggs and oil together.
  2. Stir in coconut flour, protein powder and salt and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat griddle to medium heat.
  4. Drop batter onto griddle and fry until bubbles form on one side.
  5. Flip and finish cooking.
  6. Top with maple syrup and cinnamon.
