Consume potent superfoods.

I’m a huge fan of vegetable juices, but for me and millions of other people, juicing every day is unrealistic.

If you’re a busy mom, a working professional, or if you travel a lot, how can you possibly carve out the time to juice every day?

It can seem almost impossible to get enough vegetables and superfoods in your diet.

That’s one of the reasons I created my Organic SuperGreens supplement powder.

Organic SuperGreens offers the benefits of juicing, but in an easy-to-mix, powder form.

Rather than needing an expensive juicer, you can enjoy a single scoop of this delicious supplement powder instead.

It brings the benefits of juicing, but in an easy-to-mix, powder form.

You can easily and conveniently add it to your morning smoothie, water or juice, offering a great, refreshing and energy-supporting option.†

My Organic SuperGreens with water, or in a smoothie, gives your body organic fuel for energy.†

“Other” Greens Supplements

These days, it seems like the market is flooded with every “greens” product imaginable. It’s a popular trend, but few, if any, greens product lives up to the marketing hype.

My Organic SuperGreens is different.

I actively sought out the top researchers and industry professionals to create this superfood formula, and I kept working on a formula until I was ready to release a blend I was truly proud of:

  • One that used raw and organic ingredients
  • One that includes a probiotic
  • One that didn’t use high-temperature processing methods or damage nutrients

The best greens powder should be nutritious, organic and fit easily into any effective dietary regimen. That’s exactly what you’ll find in my Organic SuperGreens formula. It’s packed full of nature's nourishing, cleansing and potent superfoods, including greens, fruits and supporting herbs.†

Most other greens formulas can’t say the same.

Many other greens products contain added sugars or fillers. Yuck! They also put in grasses, not the actual grass juices.

Have you ever been on a website and it was almost impossible to find their product labels? Or, with some companies, have you actually had to call and request the ingredients?

Crazy, right?

I don’t believe in doing that. In fact, I want to highlight our amazing blend of what we’ve put together for you. You’re going to love what we’ve put inside.

Here are the main ingredients in Organic SuperGreens:

The Importance of Healthy Joints

The body is said to have 360 joints, although it’s a count that varies due to what is defined as a joint and a person’s age. For example, some joints fuse together over time. However, it’s safe to say that there are between 200 and 400 joints in the human body.

That means that there are hundreds of joints in the body, and you probably don’t even think about your body’s hundreds of joints—unless they’re not doing their jobs quite so well. Then not only do you think about them, but you also want to make sure they’re comfortable.

Joints need to be working correctly, too, because they have a lot of work to do. Your joints function like hinges at the point where two bones come together, and the truth is that you wouldn’t be able to bend, twist or even turn around easily without your joints.

Of course, bones are great for strength, but if we had only bones, then movement would be impossible. Nature solved this by dividing the skeleton into many bones and placing joints where bones meet.

Joints, also known as articulations, are strong connections that join the bones, teeth and cartilage of the body to one another. Each joint has a specialized shape and structure controlling the range of motion between the parts that it connects.

Healthy joints should move comfortably, but sometimes they don’t—for a variety of reasons.

Truth is, millions of Americans have occasional joint discomfort, and joint issues can happen to any joint in the body, but the larger, weight-bearing ones are the most common ones affected: the hips, the knees, etc. Why? They’re the ones that have a lifetime of stress put on them, and the more stress a joint is under, the more discomfort it can feel.

In short, joints are pretty amazing and super important to our health, well-being and movement. That’s why it’s so important to take care of them.

Turmeric, Curcuminoids, Curcumin and Turmerones

Turmeric, curcuminoids, curcumin and turmerones are not the same or interchangeable terms.

Here’s why: turmeric (Curcuma longa) is a distinctive yellow spice; curcuminoids are a family of active compounds within turmeric which includes curcumin;curcumin is part of curcuminoids—a small but potent, vastly studied and important part of turmeric; turmerones are also bioactive molecules found withinturmeric but haven’t been studied as much as curcumin has been.

With that foundation, let’s get started.

With a long track record (over 4,000 years) of health benefits, turmeric (Curcuma longa), a perennial herbaceous plant, supports a healthy response to inflammation.†

And here’s a powerful force behind turmeric: Curcumin.

In the 1970s, scientists found that the bright orange color in turmeric is due to its  antioxidants within it via what’s called curcuminoid compounds, of which curcumin (which has been the subject of more than 2,000 published studies in the past few years alone) is believed to be the most potent.

In short, the yellow or orange pigment of turmeric, called curcumin, is significant.

There’s widespread interest in curcumin, the active compound found in the rhizome (underground stem) of turmeric, but turmerones and other active compounds in turmeric haven’t been as thoroughly explored.

Besides curcumin and turmerones, there are additionally over 200 unique compounds that have already been identified in turmeric, including 109 sesquiterpenes; 68 monoterpenes; 22 diarylheptanoids; 8 phenolic compounds, 5 diterpenes; 4 sterols; 3 triterpenes and 2 alkaloids,

You see, there’s a lot in turmeric!

Turmerones are bioactive molecules in turmeric which can also benefit health.

Curcumin and turmerones are not the same, but they both can offer benefits.

Turmeric, in general, provides many benefits, but the clinically studied turmeric extract (95% curcuminoids) in Fermented Turmeric is obtained from the dried rhizomes of Curcuma longa and standardized for minimum 95% curcuminoids. It has optimized composition of curcuminoids from rhizomes of turmeric and is among the most extensively studied and clinically documented.

But there’s even more goodness in Fermented Turmeric! Ancient Apothecary Fermented Turmeric also features ashwagandha in the form of Organic Ashwagandha Extract (Root and Leaf).

Often hailed for its stress-relieving effects, Ashwagandha truly has a long list of benefits, including helping to support normal joint function and overall joint health.†

In addition to the healthy joint benefits, the clinically studied ashwagandha ingredient in Fermented Turmeric can:

  • Ashwagandha Root & Leaf Extract (10% withanolides):
    • Supports a healthy response to stress†
    • Supports healthy energy levels†
    • Supports restful sleep†
    • Supports healthy physical energy levels†
    • Supports a positive outlook†
    • Supports healthy mobility†
    • Supports healthy joint function†
    • Supports healthy cortisol and DHEA balance†
    • Supports focus and a healthy memory†
  • Clinically Studied Turmeric Root:

    • Supports healthy weight management†
    • Supports a healthy response to inflammation†

Combined with the Organic Fermented Warming Botanical Blend PLUS the Organic Fermented Botanical Blend AND the power of clinically studiedAshwagandha, Ancient Apothecary Fermented Turmeric is your go-to for supporting healthy joints and a healthy response to inflammation.†

Fermented Turkey Tail—Boosts Energy, Fights  Fatigue, Supports a Healthy Response to Stress, and to Support a Healthy Immune  System†

With a Full-Spectrum Fermented Turkey Tail Blend, Fermented Warming Botanical Blend, Organic Ashwagandha Extract and an Organic Fermented Bitter Botanical Blend, Ancient Apothecary Fermented Turkey Tail is specially formulated to boost energy, reduce fatigue, support a healthy response to stress, and support a healthy immune system.

Turkey Tail Mushroom

For thousands of years, Eastern cultures have revered mushrooms’ health benefits. Mushrooms are fungi, which are so distinct in nature that they are classified as their own kingdom—separate from plants or animals.

There are approximately 140,000 species of mushroom-forming fungi in the world, but science is familiar with only approximately 10%, while only 100 species or so are being studied for their potential health benefits.

Turkey tail mushroom is one of them.

Also known as Trametes versicolor, “Turkey Tail” mushroom is often referred to as “the turkey tail” mushroom due to its variety of colors and its resemblance to the tail feathers of a wild turkey—often in brown, cinnamon, buff or reddish-brown colors, but with varying colors, as well. It also goes by Coriolis, or “cloud mushroom.”

Known as bracket fungi, it forms thin, leather-looking and leaf-like fungi in circular fashion.

Turkey tail mushroom helps support a healthy immune defense† and has a long history of beneficial uses in Asia, Europe and indigenous people in North America.

Beta glucans

As a group of glucose polysaccharides naturally occurring in the cell walls of fungi, bacteria, yeasts and more, beta glucans are natural immune system function supporters.† The body doesn’t produce beta-glucans, so they have to come through the diet, including certain mushrooms such as Turkey Tail.

Beta glucans can offer healthy immune system function support.†

Ancient Apothecary Fermented Turkey Tail also contains ashwagandha in the form of Organic Ashwagandha Extract (Root and Leaf).

The clinically studied ashwagandha ingredient in Fermented Turkey Tail:

  • Supports a healthy response to stress†
  • Supports healthy energy levels†

Combined with the Organic Fermented Warming Botanical Blend PLUS the Organic Fermented Botanical Blend AND the power of clinically studied AshwagandhaAncient Apothecary Fermented Turkey Tail is a time-honored mushroom for supporting a healthy immune system.†

    Vitamin D3 is Essential

Coming up short on vitamin D is a definite concern for Western world. In fact, nearly 75 percent of American adults and teens don’t get adequate vitamin D intake, which can be a misstep.

    Getting enough vitamin D supports:

    • A healthy immune system†
    • Healthy bones†
    • Brain health†

In short, vitamin D is essential to your body. It’s not only a vitamin but it’s also a pro-hormone which works throughout the body to support a healthy immune system and overall health.†

But most of us simply aren’t getting enough vitamin D, which is why a vitamin D3 supplement can be a good idea.
