General Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.

Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fluid ounces of liquid.

Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil of your choice to minimize any skin sensitivity.

Cautions: Possible skin sensitivity. Consult your physician before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication or if you have a medical condition. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, and sensitive skin. Keep out of reach of children.

Black cumin oil uses:

  • Consume one mL of black cumin oil daily. You can add it to foods or take it straight off the teaspoon.
  • Add a few drops to face cleansers, shampoos or conditioners for a boost to the skin and hair.
  • In an empty supplement capsule, add several drops and take by mouth.
  • For a flavorful, warming tea, add several drops to your favorite hot tea.
  • Add a several drops to one tablespoon of a carrier oil and use to occasional joint and muscle discomfort.
  • To moisturize skin or minimize the appearance of wrinkles add several  drops to ½ teaspoon coconut oil and apply to desired areas.
